Quilt Shops in WA

I love to support my local quilt shops, and especially love finding new ones when we're travelling around.

Here's a list of the patchwork and quilting shops in Western Australia that I am aware of. If you know of some more to add to the list please leave a comment below. Thanks!

If you own one of the shops listed below and want to add more information or update your listing please get in touch with me and I'll update it as soon as I can.

Please note that some of these shops might not be open every day, so please call ahead or check their website or Facebook page before you visit!

We have also a mechanical service and repair person available with a week turn around.

For groups of five or more who book with us, we offer free morning or afternoon tea and a twenty percent discount. What can I say about my craft shop? Well I think it belongs to the community more then me. My customers  quite often come in and if I am busy they will cut their own fabric, and they   feel good that I trust them to do that!

We have doll making classes at the shop and there are about 35 people who come and make reborn dolls. There is a craft group that comes on a Friday morning - most of them were knitters, but now they love to quilt! We also do quilting lessons and work shops and we are now thinking of running a "how to get the most out of your embroidery machines" group.

My shop is a lot cheaper on things as I don't have any overheads so I can keep my prices down. Also, if I don't have it in my shop I will try to get it for you!

Loose Stitches was brewed over a nice froffy........ coffee. Five creative sewing ladies thought, why not turn our hobby into a business.  The rest just flowed like a froffy!

Sharon, Robyn, Sam, Rochelle and Sarah are now your patchwork and sewing suppliers of the Wheatbelt! Patchwork has been a passion of ours for many years now and individually we have at least 15 years each of experience. By no means are we experts though; we are continually learning and making the odd mishap here and there but that’s patchwork isn’t it? We enjoy sharing ideas and relish the opportunities that we can get together and sew. Most of all we cherish those friendships with people that we’ve all formed over the years.

We offer: Sewing & patchwork classes for all ages and experiences, Midnight Sewathons, UFO's at your own pace, Handmade goodies for sale and more!
